Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your items as much as we do, but if on the rare occasion there is a problem with your product or you wish to return an item, we have listed out below how you can do so.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where you can obtain a refund within 28 working days from delivery. We recommend that you notify us via the ‘Contact’ page ASAP as once an order is dispatched we cannot then cancel it. Should you miss the cancellation window, you may still return an item to us as noted below.

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. For the return of any products, please include the order number and ensure that the original box, packaging and all items ready for our acceptance are included within your return.

If the items you receive in your order are damaged or faulty we will happily offer you a refund (in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). We will also cover the return postage costs in this instance.

All refunds will be made against the original credit/debit card used and will be processed within 14 days once we have received the products back from you.

For all cancellations, returns and refunds, please contact us via the ‘Contact’ page prior to posting any returns, ensuring you have your purchase order number ready when doing so and provide us with as much information as possible with regards to your query.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for all return postage costs (with the exception of damaged/faulty products) and for its safe return to us and free from any damage. If the products are not returned in their original condition, the buyer may not receive their requested refund. Please retain your proof of postage should it be required.
